Vice President Lenny Zapka has over 25 years law enforcement experience, serving with the New York City Police Department, and retiring from the City of Newburgh Police Department Detective Division. Both men have successfully completed training in criminal law, anti-terrorism, personnel management, executive protection, and emergency management, and are certified as a police instructors and are certified security guard instructors.

Kevin and Lenny lead our team of security personnel, ensuring outstanding security services and the most highly qualified, experienced, and professional investigators to all clients of Alert Security, Inc. All security guards participate in initial certification and continue with training throughout their employment. Investigators all have extensive law enforcement experience as investigators with the NYPD, New York State Police, and other major police agencies.
